Google has disabled NPAPI (Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface) support as of version 42 - simply put - by disabling it.
Since the VMware Client Integration Plugin requires NPAPI for authentification, file-uploading and console integration; for now, a temporary "work-around" is available and will be necessairy if you want to use it in your favorite browser.

chrome://flags/#enable-npapito enable NPAPI. To enable all functionality please restart your browser.
